The prices for the apartment are per night and may vary depending on the season.

Check-out by 10:00 AM / Check-in from 3:00 PM. Alternative arrival and departure times can be arranged upon request.

Additional Charges

• Visitor's tax per person/night (from 14 years of age).
• Short stay surcharge applies for stays under 4 nights (price available upon request).
• Final cleaning fee: €80.
• Dogs in summer: Upon request, your furry friend is welcome for an additional fee of €10/day (without food). We kindly ask that dogs are not left alone in the apartment.

Payment Terms

• 30% deposit upon booking.
• Remaining balance to be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fees.
• Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% cancellation fee.
• Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee.
• In the final week before arrival: 90% cancellation fee.
